Strategic Financial Planning: Establishing clear financial goals, developing realistic budgets, and closely monitoring the company’s financial performance. Strategic financial planning will enable businesses to anticipate financial challenges, identify investment opportunities, and make informed decisions.

Control, Monitoring, and Forecasting of Fundamental Financial Reports: Such as cash flow analysis, balance sheets, and break- even points. Cash flow analysis will help businesses closely track cash inflows and outflows, preventing liquidity issues and allowing for corrective measures when necessary, thus avoiding financial crises.
